Emhouse Methodist Church dedicates itself to loving our neighbors through Word, action and mercy. Our mission is to worship God, serve generously, and build a welcoming space where families and individuals can grow in faith and service.
NEW TO EMHOUSE?
Emhouse, an incorporated farming town at the junction of three farm roads eight miles northwest of Corsicana in north central Navarro County, was laid out around 1906 after the Trinity and Brazos River Valley Railway purchased the right-of-way for a line between Waxahachie and Teague.
Today, the population of Emhouse is seeing a bit of an increase, as families look to settle north of Corsicana within the Rice or Blooming Grove Districts. Today, there are two churches in Emhouse, our Methodist Church and a Baptist Church right next door!
Emhouse Methodist Church welcomes you with open arms. We meet every Sunday for Worship at 9AM. After Worship, the adults usually have a bible study and the children have their own bible study as well.

Food Pantry: Weekly distribution of groceries and essentials to neighbors in need, with volunteer-run support and dignity-first service.

OUR PASTOR
The Reverend Matthew Rodgers, or Pastor Matt, loves to share the Gospel hope of Jesus Christ and connect disciples to missions and service for the Kingdom of God. He is a husband to Claire, and a father to three school-aged children. Pastor Matt is a seminarian at Baylor University's Truett Seminary.
SERVICE TIMES
Service on Sundays from 9-10am.
Sunday school from 10-11am.
